Diabetes Dash
The Dash is back!
Come out for this family friendly event to support Maine P-PODS and our local Type 1 Diabetes community.
This will be an exciting day of sportsmanship, entertainment, food, & prizes. All dashers will be eligible to run in any race within their age bracket. Dashers will receive a race shirt, and raffle ticket. The top 3 finishers of each race will receive an award. Spectators are welcome to attend for free and cheer on their favorite dashers!

Pick-up race numbers and t-shirt on Friday June 21st 9am-7pm
Studio B – 81 Bridge St, Yarmouth – (lower parking lot, green double doors)
Fundraising
Dashers are encouraged to reach out to friends & family for sponsorship. Dashers will receive 3 raffle tickets for every
$20.00 raised. Be sure to return this sheet along with an envelope of your collected donations to our check-in table on race day to receive your raffle tickets.

9:45 am SR. MILE DASH(2 laps on the track) 11 & 12 y/o
10:00 am SIBLING RACE(2 people – 1 lap each) 5 – 14 y/o
10:15 am PARENT / CHILD RELAY I(1 lap each – parents lead off) 5 – 8 y/o
10:30 am PARENT / CHILD RELAY II(1 lap each – parents lead off) 9 – 12 y/o
10:45 am ALUMNI DASH 10 – 18 y/o
